The Workouts• iOS app, with companion Apple Watch app, uses your Apple Fitness workout sessions to track your routines and activities, with ability to add notes and specify muscles focused on, and view trends over time to see your progress. The Apple Watch app shows your next workout, information on its recent sessions, and averages and totals for the current month.

The Workouts• app does not collect any personal data nor usage data. All user entered information, i.e. routines, notes, etc., is stored locally on the user's device or in the user's iCloud account (if signed in). The developer has no access to this information.
